Sewing Room Layout Done!

Here's the plan as it now stands. I still have to do a reality check on the storage space before I buy the few things I need. Clearly the current shelving is insufficient, but I would prefer to put shelves on the walls and keep the floor space for other things right now. The door in the bottom left corner is the entry, the door on the right goes to the balcony.

The Bernina 830 will go on the large table in the center, and the table next to is will be my flexible workspace. I can put the 440QE on it when needed, or I can move it to another area for a different purpose. This one will have wheels.
Yes, that's a sofa. I need to have a place for people to come and visit, when they don't need a table to work on. We have plenty of sofas in this house, so I only have to choose the one that fits best.
Back in the corner will be an Ikea Varde unit (see picture below), because it's just amazing-looking. I may enlarge the working surface to fit a large cutting mat, and add an ironing surface as well. If I'm lucky, I can get wheels on it too. Would be awesome.

NICE! Can't wait ti see the completed room. One thing that I found is a must for me is a small pressing space right by the sewing machine. That way I can press and carrying on.
